    Wow, I cant say enough about the sensational talent and outstanding service from Edible Elegance. We had so many compliments at our engagement party on our cake, guests were just amazed...... I can't wait to see our Wedding cake, it will be yet another wonderful creation from Mandy. Well done , highly recommended.

    The cake Edible Elegance created for our big day was absolutely stunning! Mandy not only made a truly beautiful two-tier cake, but ensured that the taste was not sacrificed. I'm happy to say that I've never seen so many empty dessert plates at the end of a wedding, all our guests couldn't get enough!
